American Frame Mfg. Co. will supply ALL the necessary Architectural Products that we manufacture for one (1) Model Home. And it is FREE OF CHARGE!

Model Home products will be the same products that are installed as a standard in a minimum of 10 homes in the development. Installation and shipment costs are not included. Model Homes must be functional and open to the public. FOB San Diego.
